Very easy ordering process and I didn’t get a big company with an attitude. I’ve been using catheters for 15 years and didn’t know how much better it could be until I found Liberator Medical. The new catheters that were suggested, I was able to find one that was completely painless. It changed my life.

The proficiency of the whole process. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, welcomed my questions and assisted me easily with my extenuating health challenges due to an unfortunate accident. The Liberator staff have taken some challenges off my shoulders. My plan ‘B’ now is how to enjoy the fact that my worries about supplies are NOT my plan ‘A’.
